History

Precision Facility Solutions, (PFS), formerly Precision Test and Balance, Inc., was founded in March of 1996 by Philip Doud. The company vision was to bring Testing & Balancing/Commissioning expertise to a rapidly changing environment in the Mechanical Contracting and HVAC Industry. The firm is certified though the National Environmental Balancing Bureau, NEBB. NEBB is an international industry leader in the fields of Testing and Balancing and Systems Commissioning.

For more than two decades, Precision has assisted Mechanical and General Contractors, Facility Owners, Architects, and Engineers with the services of Test and Balancing (TAB), Systems Commissioning (Cx), and Healthcare Facility Certification and Compliance. Our customers have confidently placed their mechanical designs, facility operations, and future expansions to our trusted team of professionals.
